Wow! So impressed with this hotel and can’t believe it is only a Category 2 Hilton property.

I checked in on the 34th floor at the Executive Lounge and was given an Executive King Suite – spacious and well appointed with separate living area. The bathroom was equally spacious with separate shower, bathtub, and toilet.

As a Diamond HHonors member, I also received a VIP complimentary tin of delicious Double Tree cookies (all guests receive a single warm cookie upon check-in). I also received 3 items laundered as part of this VIP service.

The swimming pool is inviting, and the modern gym has a clean and well maintained sauna and steam room.

Breakfast (complimentary for Gold and Diamond HHonors members) at the restaurant on the 11th floor was 5-star standard with a delectable assortment of dishes from
around the world.

The service is wonderful and all staff are extremely attentive. A special ‘shout out’ to the staff at the Executive Lounge who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable at all touch points within the hotel.

Tip for HHonors members…if you come to KL this is definitely the Hilton brand to stay at – (I stayed at all 3) – and at only 10,000 points per night, you can’t go wrong!
