A fabulous flight! Yes, it was delayed by an hour and yes, my original seat – 10G in a 2-4-2 configuration had a faulty personal video screen, but the service and food was voila!

As the flight was only 70% full, I simply moved one row behind and had a perfectly functioning PV screen. Admittedly, there was nothing major of interest to watch but it was a short 2.15 hr flight so flicking through a number of different programs was fine.

And then there was the meal. Wow – a coconut fish main accompanied by a pickled vegetable side, cheese, a mini French baguette, and a DELICIOUS French pear tart for dessert. Oh – and of course washed down with a glass of French red. Finally to finish off – chocolate and coffee to finish. Oui – this was a delicious meal! Have I mentioned the Cognac that is offered at the end of the meal service???

To top this experience off, the service was impeccable.
