A pleasant start to the journey in seat 3C in a 2-2 configuration Business Class cabin, as I am offered a glass of champagne to get me going. Newspapers are then handed out as well as today’s lunch menu.

Prior to lunch service noise-canceling headphones are handed out and then drink orders – mine being a Mimosa which arrives almost immediately.

As done entree which is a smoked salmon, black caviar & asparagus appetizer followed by a fresh vegetable salad. I choose the seafood in pesto sauce spaghetti as a main. It is quite tasty and plentiful. I was kinda hoping for cake or a biscuit with my coffee but there were none on board 😦

There is no individual AV screen so I watch a couple of episodes on my iPad.

Seat recline is minimal for Business class but I manage a short rest.
