Arriving at roughly 8pm for an 11.30pm flight, I had no idea what I was going to do, but upon entering the lounge, I quickly felt at ease by the selection of food, drinks, seats, and overall space. After a quick shower (with no amenities), I grabbed some snacks and newspapers, and made my way to a comfortable sofa-seat for a 2 hour wait before boarding.
According to the Qantas website, this lounge offers the following, which is basically true – except for the customer service from the ladies at the entry desk that were quite cold.
