I am sitting in Emergency Exit seat 15A on this Airbus A321 flight from Ho Chi Minh to Singapore. I asked for an EE seat at check-in and was granted it. Also the seat next to me is empty. Lucky me. Similar to the flight over, there is no AV screen in the seat in front – just above attached to the ceiling.

Due to traffic congestion we take off, and land, about 30 minutes late.

Prior to take off a cold package towel is handed out, then straight after taking off lunch is served. It’s a choice of beef or fish, and I choose the fish. It’s pretty good for a 90 minute flight in Economy.

Looking at a sticker on the seat in front of me, I realize the plane has WiFi onboard to stream entertainment to your smart device. So I check the menu – there’s not much, but I find a drama called “All Her Fault” – it’s really good but don’t get to finish the first episode as it is patchy and constantly buffering. Anyhow we are about to land so I wouldn’t be able to finish it anyway.

We seem to be flying around in circles before we land. It’s annoying as I’ve made plans later. Oh well, I’ll be a bit late.
