Phuket Airport is crowded – very crowded, so it is a nice respite to find a quiet place to sit and have a bite to eat away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds.

This evening I am flying with partner who is a Gold Star Alliance member, so even on our Economy fare, I can enter as a guest. Great.

I am not particularly hungry but can never seem to help myself when there is free food so I sample a few bits and pieces – dumplings, desserty-type coconut Thai sweet things, and a coffee.

The wifi is strong so download a couple of episodes of Madam Secretary (on Season 3 now) and relax for about an hour before I walk toward the boarding gate. Oh – and that’s another review.
