I sitting towards the back of the plane in middle section aisle seat 52D, on this EVA Airlines Boeing B777-300ER flight bound for Taipei from Bangkok.

And it is full! Very full! Probably at 95% occupancy, something I haven’t seen for a few years.

Dinner is served soon after take off and I choose the main course of Wok Fried Minced Beef with Chilli Basil in Krapow style which comes with rice and some vegetables. I am not drinking alcohol at the moment so have it with a Ginger Ale.

For the majority of the 3 hour flight I flick between random movies and TV series but nothing really catches my eyes.

We land on time.
