This is my second stay – my first being a few years back, and I am impressed. Upon check-in we are upgraded to a Suite with 2 bathrooms and separate bedroom and lounge room. Despite the interior being slightly dated, it is spacious and comfortable.

The team at check-in are exceptionally friendly – especially one whose name unfortunately I don’t recall, who even at the late check-in hour (10pm) seems genuinely interested in our stay and plans for Hanoi.

The bed is comfortable and I sleep well.

The next morning a huge complimentary breakfast (free for Diamond Hhonors) is served and the variety is better than other Garden Inns we have stayed at. The service is above average as well.

Overall a very quick but pleasant stay.
