Quick pit stop before boarding my J-class flight to Bali. Knowing that I have ordered ‘Book The Cook’ – Lobster Thermidore, I desperately try not to eat anything in the lounge but uncontrollably find myself eating Cha-Soba noodles, Seafood Linguini, and a glass of Champers.
