I am sitting in Scoot Plus seat 4K, a window seat, on this Boeing 787 Scoot Airlines flight from Singapore to Taipei. Similar to Premium Economy, this seat, with no AV screen, has a larger seat with deeper pitch and recline, compared to standard Economy seats.

I am well prepared this time and request my pre-ordered meal 2-hours out of the 4+ hours into the flight as I had just eaten in the DNATA lounge in Singapore. It’s a sambal fish dish and is delicious.

I have pre-loaded my iPad this time with season 2 of Bloodhounds and spend the majority of the flight watching some episodes. 200 mbs of internet usage is included so I use that as well.

I’m starting to like Scoot Plus – much cheaper than Premium Economy and Business class on full service airlines but with most of the perks.

I’ll be flying it again in July on my trip to Japan.
