I have been hanging around at this empty airport since 6am as the lounges don’t open until 8am (or so I thought).

The Turkish Airlines lounge opens first at 8am but it has no shower facilities so I grab a small bite and wait until 9am so I can enter the Air France Lounge which does (turns out it’s been open since 7am but the door is a sliding door and it seems closed but I saw someone walk into it).

The food, shower, and facilities in thsi lounge are above par – very ‘French’ to say the least 😂.

After my shower with Clarins amenities I have a chocolate croissant and some fruit with a coffee. There’s plenty of other dishes but I’m just not hungry.

I spend most of my time here doing Chinese language homework as if not, I will fall behind. 3 lessons away from class is a lot of work missed!

And I’m off to the gate!
