This must be a chain of Priority Pass/Business class lounges in Ecuador as this is the third (and so far the biggest) I have been in here.

It’s 11.30pm and I am here for 3 hours before boarding for my 3.30am flight to Bogota, Columbia. It’s challenging, to say the least, being up at this hour.

I want to try and sleep for a couple of hours in here before boarding but, before I do so, I grab a small snack and then shower in the only shower room in the lounge. It helps.

I do manage an hour or so and wake up due to the noise and constant chatter around me.

Don’t Ecuadorians rest too at this godforsaken hour?
