Flight Review: TR896 – SIN – TPE

I am sitting in middle seat 13J on this Scoot Airlines Boeing 787 Dreamliner bound for Taipei from Singapore. Luckily after take-off the guy in the aisle seat pays for an upgrade and moves, so I now have 2 seats to myself.

I literally fall asleep on the tray table leaning forward for the 1st hour out of door – just exhausted from the past few days.

There is no AV, charging, WIFI or complimentary food nor drinks on Scoot as it is a Low Cost Carrier, but everything is available for purchase.

I have downloaded 2 episodes of a Korean drama I am currently watching so spend most of the flight watching them, whilst munching on 2 tubes of Pringles and a Sprite Zero I buy for SGD10. I also eat 2 chocolate muffins I took from the lounge at Changi. Really healthy stuff 😜.

All gone 🙌

Other than that it is an extremely uneventful flight.

We land ahead of schedule.
