Many times staying here but this time was particularly special as the Hotel Manager was so kind to set up the room for my partner’s 50th birthday. A beautiful hand-written card, some beer and cake, plus a beautiful window decoration.

We have been upgraded to a deluxe view room on the 15th of 16 floors and although we are only here for a short stay overnight, the whole experience from check-in to check-out is seamless.

As Gold Hhonors members, breakfast is included and I can see a vast improvement in the food offerings.

The staff throughout a very friendly, and I guess this is one of the reasons why we always stay here.
