I am sitting in seat 37L in the A320 Neo Azerbaijan Airlines flight from Baku to Tbilisi. It is the same aircraft (I think) as the one I flew into Baku. Again there are no AV screens, a narrow seat pitch, and the cabin is quite full.

But on this very short 50 minute flight to Tbilisi we are offered a small meal – a choice of chicken or cheese roll and a tetra-pac orange juice.

I spend most of my time watching an episode of a K-drama I have downloaded and nearly finish the episode but we land early ahead of schedule.
The flight attendants are polite and efficient, quickly serving and collecting the remnants of our simple meal.
Although it’s practically an LCC, the fact that we land ahead of schedule, are offered a meal, and that our bags are collected at the baggage carousel almost immediately after immigration, well, I am impressed.
