I have booked this Riad on Agoda due to the high number of reviews. It’s quite charming, and has a little terrace on the roof with a partial view of the city below.

My bedroom is well sized with a cave-like bathroom. It is on the first floor opposite reception so I don’t have to climb the stairs. It has a single bed (I booked a single room) and TV with cable ☝️.

Breakfast (mainly flatbreads and jam, dates, and juice) is included in the rate and I have it on the terrace. Actually I only eat half of it and have the rest for a late lunch. On the 2nd morning I leave early and a very simple packed lunch is provided.

The location of this Riad is slightly challenging to find, and on a steep hill with large cobblestones. Luckily I have a small trolley bag for my entire trip. I see a few tourists struggling with their luggage.
I think 2 nights is quite a lot of time for this small mountain village, and would advise an overnighter or even a day trip from Fez or Tangiers ☝️
