I am sitting in seat 31A, the first seat in the first row of this Thai Airways Airbus A320-200 flight bound for Bangkok from Chiang Mai.

Upon boarding the flight attendant comes around to introduce herself and tells me the flight time will be one hour and today’s inflight meal is Chicken Noodles. She also asks if I’d like a drink and I tell her just water.

The seat is essentially a Bulk Head seat with no AV screen but I have brought my loaded iPad so all is good! It has a slight recline which I use during the flight. There is also no middle seat (similar to Business Class on intra-Europe flights.

The meal comes and it also includes a dessert. I’m absolutely in no way whatsoever hungry as I just ate in the lounge but…..

It’s a kind-of Pad Thai dish and flavorless, but the chocolate cake dessert is ok.

The flight lands about 15 mins behind schedule due to the late arrive at Chiang Mai.
