Today we are flying business class on Thai Airlines to Bangkok from Taipei and as there is no dedicated Thai lounge at this airport, we are given entry to this mediocre lounge. The same one in Terminal 2 is so different from this one.

The lounge has zero ambiance, is crowded, and dark. The food selection is not on par with its sister lounge in T2, but I do try the braised meat on rice and it is quite good.

We are here for about an hour and I spend most of my time watching the last episode of a Korean drama on my IPad.

And then it’s off to the boarding gate and boarding has already commenced.
