Flight Review: TG 636 – BKK – TPE

I am sitting in economy window seat 35A on this Thai airways Airbus A320-200 flight bound for Taipei from Bangkok.

What a contrast this is to my first leg! This seat has no AV screen or charging outlets, but luckily I have my iPad freshly filled with a Thai drama I am watching, and my solar-powered battery charger. The saving grace is the ample leg-room for economy – about 81 cms.

The meal service comes shortly after take-off and I choose the chicken noodles. It comes with a wicked butter cream bun. I can’t even begin to count the calories 😅.

I fall asleep 💤 on and off for the remaining 3 hours of the flight – and each time I wake up my neck is in pain due to the angle I managed to get into.

It’s late when we land and I’m tired and irritated and can’t wait to get home.
