I am sitting in seat 25D, an aisle seat, on this EVA air Boeing 777-300ER flight bound for Manila from Taipei.

The seat is a Premium Economy seat which for some reason is being utilized for Economy class passengers – lucky me – I only paid for an Economy seat but have this one without the special food.

And on the point of food, unusually it is only one choice – a pork chop which is very difficult to cut with the tiny blink knives provided. It comes with a seaweed salad which doesn’t really match with the main course. I only eat a tiny bit as I’m still full from all the food I ate in the lounge.

I watch an episode of “And Just Like That” and nod off a couple of times.

We land on time.
