Flight Review: VA891 – MEL – SYD

I am sitting in front row business class seat 1c, an aisle seat, on this Boeing 737-8 Virgin Australian Airlines flight to Sydney from Melbourne.

She’s thirsty 😅

This time, I am more prepared, and realize as a Business class guest I have free WiFi for the duration of the flight and a whole menu of entertainment I can stream from my iPad. So for most of the 1.5 hour flight I watch Glastonbury 2023.

A welcome drink onboard is followed by a hot plated meal, and I choose the Chicken – it is quite good.

Service is amazing and Pat, the Thai Service Manager , is amazing.

It’s such short flight it it is over before I know it.

And all for a $120 upgrade – super worth it 🙌
