I am sitting in middle aisle seat 48G on this EVA Airways B777-300ER flight bound for Bangkok. This is a very full flight (in Economy anyway) with no spare seats that I can see. The AV screen is 100% touch-screen and quite big considering.

I have pre-ordered a Kosher meal, as it is very big and apparently the most expensive meal for airlines to supply. Of course it is free for passengers if they pre-order at least 72 hours before the flight. Itβs pretty decent – salmon and squash on a vegetable pilaf, crackers with a tuna dip, stewed apple and rhubarb, chocolate mousse, and vanilla halva (which I have with a decaf coffee a little later).

For much of the little over 3-hour flight, I watch some TV documentaries, a movie, and sleep.

We land on time.
