I am sitting in middle section aisle seat 26G on this B787 EVA Air flight from Seoul bound for Taipei. it is the same aircraft I flew over in but for some reason the seat seems to be harder and less comfortable.

There are some issues at Incheon airport and as a result we wait in the plane on the tarmac for about 45 mins before we are cleared for take-off. During this time we are served water.

Shortly after takeoff the meal service begins, and my Hindu Vegetarian meal comes quickly (I thought I had pre-ordered a Seafood meal but I was wrong). It is not good at all. Ingredients that don’t agree with me. Whole Cardamom pods, tomato and cucumber salad, and super spicy. And the dessert is a clear jelly with green and rock melon. Yep, I don’t eat melon 😅.

The movie choice is again limited and I struggle to watch a Korean coming of age drama (partially because the seat is so uncomfortable). Nonetheless the service is good and the bathroom amenities are excellent for Economy 🙌

We land about 20 mins late.
