Flight departure is delayed about 30 mins due to inbound late arrival. Damn – could have enjoyed an extra drink or two in the lounge. 

I am siting in seat 6F, a window seat on this 1.5 hour Airbus A320 flight bound for Ho Chi Minh from Singapore. 
Not much leg room to be enjoyed,  and no entertainment so have sneakily taken a couple of newspapers and magazines from the lounge to fill up time during the flight.

Having read the reading material I had, I manage to close my eyes for about 45 mins giving me time to recharge for the visa-on-arrival queue that no doubt lies ahead.
We land closer to the scheduled arrival time despite the delayed departure.
