Thanks to Velocity Platinum status, when I fly Singapore Airlines, I can use their lounges at the airport. So SQ shares a lounge with a few other carriers here in Male. It’s not too bad, actually. There is ample food – I liked the Maldivian Chicken Curry with rice – and plenty to quench one’s thirst. Note: no Alcohol (it is a Muslim country). Boarding in 30 mins so I’m going to check out the shops before I fly 🙂
